But it sounds like with the way things are currently set
up, for 1.7 the configuration files will actually end up in
/usr/local/lib/nmh/nmh, which I think most of us would agree kind of
sucks.
You're right, I didn't try building nmh-1.7 via OpenBSD ports. I just
updated the Makefile in ports to build nmh-1.7 and indeed it does now
have the double nmh directory:
$ find /usr/ports/pobj/nmh-1.7/fake-i386 -type d -name nmh
/usr/ports/pobj/nmh-1.7/fake-i386/usr/local/lib/nmh
/usr/ports/pobj/nmh-1.7/fake-i386/usr/local/lib/nmh/nmh
/usr/ports/pobj/nmh-1.7/fake-i386/usr/local/libexec/nmh
/usr/ports/pobj/nmh-1.7/fake-i386/usr/local/share/doc/nmh
Has something changed in nmh-1.7 that would make sysconfdir be handled
differently, whereas in nmh-1.6 it worked fine?
Thanks,
Andy
