the USA. If we had PEM in our e-mail system for domestic usage, I assume that foreign nationals would be allowed to use the fruits of that software and send encrypted mail.

Oops... I spoke too soon... If I'm not mistaken, the export law doesnt apply to giving "devices" to foreign nationals who are resident alians. brad
