Re: PEM CRL registration for storage in X.500 databases

        Thanks for forwarding the message from Peter.  The attributes
registered for the DMS CRLs are syntactically identical to PEM, but I
have been told that it is frowned upon to register the SYNTAX of an
attrribute such as CRL, rather than the instance of it made specific
by algortihms (e.g., public key signature and key distribution
algorithms).  Thus, it is appropriate to register PEM CRLS using RSA
as separate attributes with their own object identofiers.
