  <LastUpdate> "#" <NextUpdate> "#" [<Serial> "#" <UTCTime> "#"]*

Where <LastUpdate> ::= <UTCTime>, <NextUpdate> ::= <UTCTime> and the other
components are as defined in the QUIPU manual.
