IPRA Functions

1993-08-10 11:04:00
Steve, a couple of questions as to the functions of
the IPRA:

1. I understand that the IPRA will actually retain copies
of the various PCA's policies, rather than making
users go off to the PCAs themselves to retrieve them.
True?

2. What language will the PCA's policy be written
and published in? I don't mean to be chauvinistic,
but is there a chance that an "official" translation
into English could be provided for those of
us who don't speak Swedish, Latvian, etc.?

3. Under what circumstances will a PCA's
policy be allowed to change, and how
will users be notified of the new policy?

4. Will Policies have an expiration date?

5. Should a CRL be issued if a policy changes
"too much"? How much is "too much"? Who
determines this?

6. What will be the expiration date for
PCA certificates? What happens once
that PCA's certificate expires?
