not clear we are in sync. I am reluctant to have PCA's make
very strong assertions about USEs for which their certificates
are in any way assured. I think it more appropriate to state
in the PCA certification documentation what procedures the
PCA will abide by and let users choose how to make use of
certifications issued under the various procedures.
PCA assertions seem to me less solid ground on which to
build generally accepted practice than case law.
Perhaps we should table this discussion for now and see
how things go along for a while?
