Unicode and Tk

I suppose I ought to at least think what Unicode perl means for perl/Tk.

In the first place I guess I will need to lay my hands on Unicode fonts
for Win32 (easy on NT?) and Unix (how do I do that?).

Then I assume that I follow the perl flow, leave all the strings as 8-bit
UTF8 until last minute and then tweak the text "draw" routines.

Does anyone have any pointers or suggestions.
