I've scanned the archive, but couldn't find anything relevant so ..
I'm wanting to convert a file from UTF16 into UTF8. I believe I've identified
the tools to do it and all but installed them, apart from Unicode::Map8 (v0.10).
Can anyone help me with the build errors (below) or advise me of alternative
modules I could use on Windows 2000 ?
The build errors are:-
map8x.c(97) : error C2065: 'my_perl' : undeclared identifier
map8x.c(97) : error C2223: left of '->IStdIO' must point to a struct/union
This error is then repeated for lines 97, 118 (x2), 144 (x2), 166 (x2), 170
(x2), 181 (x2) and 192 (x2)
Then I get :-
mapx8.c(349) : warning C4133: 'function' : incompatible types - from 'struct
_iobuf *' to 'struct _PerlIO *'
