I'm not exactly sure why I was mentioned above...but let me just make it
clear that I am against spam and spammers.  I've gotten well over a dozen
copies of this latest magazine deal spam and know I'll get a few more
before they move on to something else.  Spam typically doesn't really
affect me anymore.  I don't pay for incoming messages, I rarely use
POP/IMAP anymore.  Back when I ran Windows most of the time, I did use POP
mail, so I know what its like to have a 100kb of trash clog up your POP3 
client.

I'm basically just opposed to spam because it's a waste of resources, a 
waste of other people's time, and a trend I'd rather not see become the 
norm.  I can just see checking my mail in a year and finding more spam 
crap than actual mail.

At least procmail lets us filter out some of the crap so we never have to 
see it...but then you wonder why you're only getting 1kb/s over your T1.
