Just a guess: formail's -d option means `accept non-standard mailbox
format' (e.g., a digest). AFAIK, multipart MIME messages add some headers
(like Content-Type:) in the middle of the message. This causes formail to
think it's a new message.
I'm not sure if you need the -d option at all. If the POP protocol
transfers a standard UNIX mailbox, you should remove it.
Otherwise, you could try add -m5 to the fromail options. This sets the
minimum number of header fields needed before formail generates a new
message.
