Re: super-simple recipe fails

Thanks for all the great suggestions, from you and all the other helpful
folks here.  As it turns out, Philip Guenther identified the problem. 
Sendmail is configured here to use the smrsh, so it was a permissions
problem just as it seemed.  The solution is to override with SHELL=/bin/sh
in procmailrc. Since the installed sendmail is so old (8.52, but please
don't use this against them!) I suspect it's whatever shipped with SunOS
at that time.
