Newbie

Hello every body,

I have a virtual server that I access with Telnet and I am starting using a 
.procmailrc  and .forward in my home directory file with recipes.I am starting
also  a smartlist mailing list.

I would like to learn how to use procmail, sendmail etc...do you know where I 
can find good and didactic infos for beginners.
