Actually, most people don't even have to do it once. People who just
"reply" to a mailing list message or a Usenet article without changing
the Subject: line don't have to, because I let through everything with
a Subject: that begins with Re:. At which point, having received mail
from someone new (it happens maybe once every couple of weeks), I put
them into my accept.from file. Most people who write to me are never
even aware of spamgard(tm), except as a strange word in my From: line.
Eli's Subject: line to me was "procmail and you". Period.
This is apropos to procmail in general: Folks should consider letting
through everything whose Subject: line begins with Re:.
