Greetings all, I am a newbie with some questions.
BACKGROUND: I already got procmail working fine for my personal mail
(here) and work. But I want to learn more.
QUESTIONS: How does one strip the HTML out of a message? Is there a
built-in unix utility I can pipe my mail too? (I don't need to identify it
as html, my incoming html messages all have the same subject.) I just
need a basic recipie to strip it out. Or at least show me how to set up
piping mail through a program; i can write html->txt myself if need be.
ALSO: does someone have a recipie for filtering THIS discussion group?
<grin>. Send it straight to clint(_at_)acm(_dot_)vt(_dot_)edu if you dont'
want to clutter
up the list.
Thanks guys,
-Clint
