will do it; but the question is why do you want to do this? If your goal is
to set a return address that differs from the sending address, it belongs in
Reply-To:, not in From:, like this:

One possible reason is that unfortunately there are far too many
broken MUAs out there, even things like @hotmail.com don't honor a
Reply-To: header. :-(
