How does that matter at all? Just put them in /tmp instead of

True. However, she is willing to risk this since in a 48 hour period this
idiocy generated close to 1M of unwanted email. Definately unnacceptable
and extremely hard to go through to find random good things. And since
her ISP charges for exceeding the quota - storing it until free isn't an
option.

You are missing the point. Stuff saved in /tmp is exempt of any quota
limitations. If you want to be nice, rotate the file every 24 hours
and let your site's automatic tmp cleaner clean out the old files when
you haven't touched them for a few days. Nothing lost, potentially
a lot gained.

To trim down on the stuff to wade through in case you think you have
something interesting there, filter out the lists you already
recognize -- that is stuff you can safely send to /dev/null. Whatever
is left can go to /tmp where you can look at it at your leisure.

However, another option has occurred to me. Exclude the addresses f
interest that might qualiy asunder From_Daemon. Aside from root,
postmaster, abuse, and Mailer_Daemon; are there any addresses that will
not match in a properly formatted list?

How about this?
