Since you are on AOL, I suspect procmail cannot help you.  But AOL can and
they will.

I've also got an AOL account other than the one I've got now, that I'm
sending from. What he can do is go into keyword mail controls, and click
where it says he could receive email only from those within AOL, and those
on a list of addresses he types in. When I tried it out temporarily for a
week, my junkmail count went down, dramatically, to almost zero.

The only problem is that AOL's filter isn't perfect. It's not exactly that
flexible the way procmail is.
