As Brad Knowles pointed out, majordomo has support for this via the
subject_prefix value in your config file. But just to complete the
exercise...
majodomo.aliases file
majordomo.aliases (doubt this is it)

Should be formail -I (capital i)

Doesn't seem to work... still looking at it.
You also need to be running procmail 3.10 or later to use the $MATCH
variable; not sure what version you've got.
