I see two problems here... first, since $H ends with two newlines, this
would actually put a line at the start of the body. Second, that line
would probably be "-Foo-Header: blah" since variable HX is probably
unset.
OK, you got me on the $HX mistake. But, as for the other point, I would not
include the newline that separates the header and the body in $H. And since
the feature was my idea, I think that's the way it should be implemented... :-)
