only differed based on case sensitivity.
Oh yes, that would be a PITA. On a related topic, you can also have
usernames consisting only of digits, like 666. To make that even nicer,
the UID of that users doesn't have to be 666. I'm not sure what are
things like chown supposed to do in that case. :-)
