alter subject line?

hey, 

is there a way to create a recipe that would prepend a string to the
subject line when the from or to matches a certain pattern?

i.e.
if i get a message from joe(_at_)shmoe(_dot_)com with subject "hey there"
i would like to change the subject to "[shmoe] hey there"
