This is part of something for a filter, so it is indirectly
procmail-related.
According to RFC 822:
: optional-field =
: / "Message-ID" ":" msg-id
: / "Resent-Message-ID" ":" msg-id
[...]
: msg-id = "<" addr-spec ">" ; Unique message id
So, no, you shouldn't have any additional text on "Message-Id:"
lines. Now, whether the common practice among brain-dead Windows
mailers is to follow this rule or not, is, of course, another story.
