If the recipient doesn't exist on your system, the mail server will bounce the
message before it even gets to procmail. What you want is an alias that will
run your script, not a procmail recipe. That or an alias that will send the
message to an existing user account, which has  a procmail that will pass the
message to your script, but if all you need is to pass the message to the
script, an alias is more efficient.
