I forgot to mention it in my last message, but you also need to define the
procmail mailer.. from my .mc file:
MAILER(`procmail')dnl
MODIFY_MAILER_FLAGS(`procmail', `+m')dnl
LOCAL_CONFIG
CP PROCMAIL
This is for 8.11 so it may be a little different..
