Yike. It would be interesting to see the underlying programming should you
decide to write something like that (I'd probably use PHP if I were going to
do something like that), but I'd rather not suffer the support costs of
having users who don't understand procmail completely mucking up their mail
and then blaming the web interface.
Sometimes you just can't protect a user from actually having to learn
something. And if they are unwilling to learn, they probably shouldn't use a
powerful tool like procmail.
