Not a procmail question/issue, but IIRC you disable sendmail auth/ident
queries with
define(`confTO_IDENT', `0')dnl
in (one of) the m4 file(s) you use to customize your sendmail setup
(probably in the sendmail-8.11.6/cf/ directory). Then rebuild
/etc/sendmail.cf with m4 and restart sendmail. If that doesn't make
sense, the README file that comes in the sendmail sources has a simple
explanation of how to use m4 near the top. If Red Hat doesn't install
that file for you, then you should be able to get it out of the src rpm
or from (www|ftp).sendmail.org. If Red Hat has a front end to "protect"
you from all this, then you'll need Red Hat help with how to accomplish
the same with their tool.

Spammers' unrelenting address harvesting forces me to this...reluctantly.
