It's not only rude but also possibly illegal in all countries signatory to the
Berne Convention. Paul, you are nowise the injured party here. You haven't a
leg to stand on.
Yes, Charlie's language was rough, but you've been around email and the net
long enough to know how to read headers, and his
what-the-hell-were-you-thinking response was a lot more appropriate than
acting as if this were the first time you saw a computer and giving you the
tender, gentle kid-glove treatment with big illustrations of bunnies and
buttercups on every page.
