installation or from restoring the files, the permissions
got changed. The .procmailrc file, the procmail directory
and the log file, were all chmodded 644. When I chmodded

log file 666, the problem disappeared! I then did it to
every account, using a script. So far, everything seems OK.
Try 755 for the directories, 664 for the .procmailrc and log file.
Nothing needs to be world writable, and only th directories need to be
executable.
