H is headers.  You should have access to (H)eaders and (B)ody as variables
even when the flags for the recipe indicate that the particular component
isn't the _default_ for conditions.  H is the default, B is not, but the
'>' by itself on a default recipe measures the size of the whole message, I
believe.

        If you can check only the headr or only the body it means conflict
        with the man pages.  There is option is to fix the man and say that
        ">" is a condition flag just like the others.  But it will not be
        true because it doesn't work same under "H" or "B" flags.
        The other option is to fix the behavior of the ">" under ":0" flags
        (this option is not recommended because if it works like the man says
        - we are going to loss something (:-( )
