You may want to check out bogofilter, or one of the spam filtering
programs which you can call from procmail.

Then you would just feed the mail through bogofilter (after training
with lists of good/bad mail) and it will take care of it.  IIRC it also
ignores MIME attachments, so you wouldn't need to worry about any but
specifics that you added to your procmail recipes.
