The current version of SpamAssassin is 2.43, and 2.50 is expected to be
released quite soon.
At version 2.31, spamassassin requires the -P option to make it into a
filter; without -P, spamassassin itself delivers the message into your
default mailbox.
As of 2.43, the -P option is obsolete (SA no longer tries to deliver mail,
ever) and the rule that you have will work as-is.
So you either need to upgrade SA, or use "spamassassin -P", but not both.
