Do you know that the whitespace after the header is indeed a SPACE?

(same goes for your other header checks). The brackets enclose a SPACE and
a TAB.
Surely, you've run your procmailrc with VERBOSE=ON to verify which checks
are being made, and considered running it all within a sandbox, right?
