Thanks and ANNOUNCE: mail configuration script

Hello,

Some days ago I asked here how to use associative arrays in procmail
recipes, to give folders more intuitive names. Thanks to Don Hammond
for providing the solution. After that, however, I realized that I had
to update also the whole Mutt configuration, and so tried a totally
different approach:

http://www.rule-project.org/en/sw/mcg.php

is an attempt to make (part of) the process a bit easier. Any feedback
is appreciated.
