In the References-header you could find the Message-Ids of the previous
messages. Add those Ids to a file. Set up a scheduled 'make' that runs
procmail/fgrep with that id-file over your mail-archives, so that it
moves (or copies) the parent-message(s) to your regexp-mailbox. Of course
also check the References in the parent message(s) for new id's to add
to the id-file.
