I am trying to set up procmail for an individual account on a virtual host.
The problem that I am having is that my shell account is not the same account
as the POPonly mail account that I want to set the filter up for.
I can edit the .qmail file and call procmail. Unfortunately, since it is
called by the shell account as opposed to the actual mail account, the
.procmailrc can only write to a new Maildir/Mailbox file and not to the actual
file in /accountname/Maildir
The only solution I can come up with (but don't know how to implement) is to
create a 2nd alias so that in the .procmailrc sends the filtered messages to
the 2nd alias which will be forwarded to the account.
So...Can anyone tell me how to set up my .procmailrc file so that it filters
the mail messages and then sends the remaining messages to another account i.e.
account2(_at_)mydomain(_dot_)com?
