Re: global procmail rules before .forward

Perhaps what you need to do is just disable the forwarding mechanism
altogther, and instruct those that want forwarded mail how to create a
~/.procmailrc that just forwards.  Instructions for disabling
~/.forward can be found here:

but basically boils down to redefinig the forward path to NULL in the
sendmail configuration file.
