Consecutive lines

I've discovered some base64 encoded spam where the MIME instructions are
two consecutive lines as:

 Content-Type: text/html;
 Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64

 Content-Type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1"
 Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64

 Content-Type: text/html
 Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64

The following condition line seems to snag them.

* ^Content-Type: text/html.*^Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
