Check also 'my' INCLUDERC named .procmailrc.from which you will find at
the bottom of http://www.xs4all.nl/~rvtol/procmailrc.txt ('my' since it
heavily borrows from several examples found here and at Rejo's).
It creates several variables like YY YYYY MM MMM DD DDD HH NN SS,
so that you can do:
LOG="From $From_Addr $DDD $MMM $DD $HH:$NN:$SS $YYYY $MM$NL"
Oops, there is still a ^^.* in there...
