Request: Civil tongue

2003-04-29 16:33:37
Greetings all,

It's a harsh world we are living in today, with wars and terror and
everything. So I understand if you can get on the edge when people don't
understand your queries and questions.

But isn't it better to at least try to not call names?
I would say that it is much better to ignore the email than flame the
sender.

I find it more fun to read emails where people is giving the correct
answer than email where people is said to RTFM, but even the last answer
is better than some of the email I have gotten from this list in recent
days.
