There is probably something unique about the FIRST received header that
you can anchor on. For example, in your post my first Received: header
is:

by mail.covisp.net (Postfix) with ESMTP id B2C5B1C0882

so I could easily say
^Received:(.*\<)?from(.*)\.dsl.*mail.covisp.net
which would only match if the first Received line contained ".dsl"
