Procmail is the default local delivery agent for sendmail on Redhat
systems. It's invoked every time sendmail delivers a message; the
presence of /etc/procmailrc or /home/*/.procmailrc controls whether it
does anything, other than lock and write to files in /var/spool/mail/.
