If you'd taken the time to READ the material I referred to (which is a good
practice before replying), then you might realize that it has _NOTHING_
whatsoever to do with displacing any other spam technique, excepting that
if your mail host isn't being bombarded with tens of thousands of attempts
to deliver crap to you - even if they're all being tagged by DNSBLs or
post-SMTP time filtering - you're better off for it.
So what's your point, exactly? I didn't read your f__g blog? That's
right... and FWIW, I think it's a good practice to make your point in
your posting instead of advertising your blog. Sheesh - the subject was
spam prevention, my post was on-topic.
To everyone else - Pardon me for making a point without blathering on
about a blog.
