I don't think you mean to seperate the R and r with a comma. Brackets
already imply that each character is isolated, so delimiters are
unnecessary. Placing the comma there just means that a literal comma
will match. IOW, the following line will match your conditional:
From: ,oot on
On the third line, I have tried escaping the quote (as above), not
escaping it, and having a wildcard *
What was the syntax in your wildcard attempt? Did you take care to
lead the asterisk with a period?
