What good does it to have 'HOST' there, where procmail
is already at the end of the recipe?
1) He has (I have concluded, could be wrong) a miscompiled procmail
binary with $DEFAULT undeliverable so gets error 73 otherwise.
2) This is a special test recipe ("test harness" or "sandbox")
that he does not wish to have deliver to $DEFAULT, anyway.
