Is it possible, and if so then how, to get procmail to mimic an

It's possible, but DON'T DO IT! I'm collecting links about the
problems with this on my Procmail Quick Start in this section:
Rejecting or "Bouncing Back" a Message

Thanks. And if anyone has a better idea I'm listening.
Nowadays lots of people use MTA-level rejects along with
SpamAssassin and all its network tests. I'm sure other people on
this list will have some good advice for you. I have some info
about spam fighting at the "Reverse Spam Filtering" URL in my
sig.
Hope this helps,
Nancy
