Thanks everyone, I am currently going through the logs, and trying to make a
determination on work/time Vs. money for a solution.
However if there is any other advice, I thank you for it as well. While not
my forte I can get what I need to solve problems once I know what they are.
And while bcc was suspected to be the cause I was also wondering if there
where other possibilities that I was not aware of.
Once again thanks everyone, this was really more helpful then I hoped for,
but this list has been great, so I kind of expected it.

Of course, you can simply refer to the MTA logfile to get that data,
but Joe domain registrant enduser doesn't often have access to the
logs, nor the interest in checking them.
And Joe/Joan ISP Enduser is going to find that the ISP's email
administrator has no interest in checking the logs for him/her nor in
even acknowledging the request.
