Most of the spam coming through is sent to other people in my company many

it that other people on the server are getting those e-mails.

You either have forwarding of the old accounts to accounts that handle
those emails, or the email is bcc'd to those accounts.

I can not filter many of the team here because the sales crew wants every
e-mail sent to them to get through, but now I have the complaints about
messages sent to others, that go to them.

Any enlightenment or dirrection on this would be helpful.

I developed, with the help of another person, a small mechanism that
emails the user with a message that asks him/her to click the link to
view and release the emails that we are not sure about (other than
confirmed spam and virus), and leave that to the user.

It's not 100% reliable yet, but the idea might give you a starting
point.
