I assume that the 1113484356 is calculated
from one of the headers of the message,
like the Date:header or the oldest date-bearing
Received:header.
This can of course all also be done in 'just-procmail'
code, see my mktime-project in

I have read the procmail documentation, but I have not
understood how ^0 and the other stuff is working...
Then 'man procmailsc' has a lot to offer. Maybe there
is a faq on procmail scoring somewehere?
