I'm not sure it matters in this case, but I have a similar recipe and I
have a lock file on the :0fw line. Eg:
:0fw: spamassassin.lock
* < 256000
| spamc
If you set VERBOSE=yes, check to see if the procmail log shows anything
that might clue you into the source of the problem.
