I may have found a bug in procmail (or maybe I'm just misinterpreting

There's a known bug with the 3.22 version of procmail where enabling H on a
recipe causes all further recipes to act as if H is enabled on them.
Given that this bug was fixed in the -beta version of procmail on Sep
15, 2001, I have to ask: has procmail been abandoned?
I propose someone (possibly me) adopts it and does a
# mv procmail-beta procmail-3.23
on the ftp site. Fixing known bugs but not releasing an updated version
for multiple years is a bit silly.
It might also be worthwhile updating the website. Saying that the 3.22
release is a "NEWSFLASH" is a bit off. Updating the list subscription
instructions to something that works would also be nice.
Lest anyone think I'm a troll, I want to point out that I like procmail,
and (obviously) use it on production machines. But it's fairly
frustrating when you waste a day due to being bitten by a known but that
should have been fixed 3.5 years ago. My goal here is to save future
admins the same headache.
